Following the well-liked album Perfect Man, Secrets in a Weird World takes Rage’s sound to the next level by adding a higher prominence of speed metal to it, along with varying the songs. After the short “Intro (Opus 32 No. 3),” this change in heaviness can be immediately noticed by the intensity of “Time Waits For No One” and all.

All songs arranged by Rage and Armin Sabol. It was planned to have very good artwork but something fell through and it ended up only being the band. The riffs are fat and awesome, adding a thrash feeling to the whole album, listen Time Waits For Noone. RAGE are more mature in this work, the band sounds really tight and Peavy's vocals fits really well the songs. To me Secrets In A Weird World is the best from the first period of the band/5(12).
